FIONA MACCARTHY
Es miembro del Royal College of Art, de la Royal Society of Literature y del Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford. Entre sus biografías destaca William Morris, por la que recibió el Wolfson History Prize y el Writers’ Guild Nonfiction Award. Por sus servicios a la literatura fue nombrada Oficial de la Orden del Imperio Británico en 2009. Escribe habitualmente sobre arte y diseño en The Guardian, The Times Literary Supplement y The New York Review of Books.
